Credit Report Requirements
As a Property Management Professional we are sure you are aware of the
FCRA and applicable laws surrounding the purchase of consumer credit reports.
TenaCheck requires that a signed release must be provided to obtain a full credit
report with score. Most rental applications have wording that enables an
applicant to provide a signature for you to obatin a consumer report.
If you do not have one, you can use our Sample Release Form Instructions
on how to send us a rental application or a signed release form are provided after
you place your order.
No Self-Checks Allowed
